Summer's not technically over yet, but change is already in the air. School is back in session. We're already seeing Halloween things and Pumpkin Spiced everything will be back in just a couple of weeks. I find myself wishing things would slow down just a litte. That never happens though. Change can be scary, especially when the year seems to be moving faster and it feels like we barely have time to finish one thing when something new comes along. But change can also be wonderful. New opportunities and challenges give us a chance to understand ourselves and the world around us a little better. Change is hopeful. What if the next thing that happens makes way for something wonderful.

That's one reason I like telling stories. Telling stories helps us look back and see where we've been, and how - because of and in spite of everything - we're still moving forward.
Join us Sunday evening for Sacred Story Hour. Come share stories of discovery and hear how changing circumstances can lead us to amazing things we never would have imagined. The Storytelling Workshop starts at 5 PM if you want to come and work on your story beforehand, and we start storytelling at 6 PM.
