Sacred Place is More Than a Name
It’s What We Build Together
Dear Sacred Place Family,
I hope this message finds you well—and more than that, I hope it finds you curious.
Curious about your faith.
Curious about your role in this community.
Curious about what it means to build something sacred together.
At Sacred Place, we’re guided by three beautiful, challenging, and life-giving commitments: Justice. Inclusion. Family. These aren’t just words on a banner—they are daily practices, and they are only possible because of the hearts, hands, and imaginations of people like you.
Since 2019, we’ve been dreaming and doing—hosting dinners, exploring sacred stories, offering shelter to creativity, and building bridges with our wider Rancho Cucamonga community. Behind the scenes we’ve been working to make the Sacred Place Mission Center a place that is safe, accessible, functional and able to grow with us as we move forward. Just like in life, things rarely have gone totally to plan, but that’s part of the wonder of the whole adventure. When you’re building something new, you don’t always have a map or a blueprint. You learn and grow as you go.
This is not something any one person can create alone.
And so I’m writing to invite you—yes, you—to reflect, reimagine, and re-engage with this living, breathing faith community.
What lights your soul up?
What have you been longing to see, to do, to create within this sacred space we share?
Do you write? Do you cook? Do you organize, garden, build, paint, question, mentor, or just show up with a listening ear?
Sacred Place is not finished—it is unfolding. And your voice, your vision, your presence matters deeply to the journey.
In the coming weeks, you’ll hear more about some upcoming opportunities to connect:
- Monthly Family Dinners—nourishing both body and conversation.
- Book Club Revival—exploring the stories that shape us, together.
- Sunday Bible Studies/Discussions—where questions are welcome, and curiosity is holy.
- Fresh Ideas are always welcome - Bring your creativity to life in a new way. Email me and we can chat about it.
Whether you’re brand new or a long-time member, whether you’re sure of your beliefs or still wandering the path—I hope you’ll join us in shaping this Sacred Place we call home.
Let’s create some sacred places together.
With gratitude and anticipation,
Bryan
